Effective January 26, 2025, all MyInfo users who are not active students must be enrolled in Duo, and all users must have reset their passwords more recently than April 20, 2022 to access MSU services.
If affected, you'll see a “The password you entered was incorrect” message upon attempting to login.
Reset your password at MSU Password Reset.
To recover your NetID, use NetID Recovery.
After resetting your password, register for DUO, MSU’s multi-factor authentication. DUO is required for future access.
